Chien Chang was established in 1963 which specializes in manufacturing voice coils, speaker and radio related products. In order to be more competitive in the market, Multistar acquired its factory in Chung Ho City, Taipei County in 1967, and adopted large quantity of machinery in production lines to mainly generate speaker related products. In 1968,  Multistar imported its first SMT machine from Japan and started to produce electronic products, such as TV recorder, speaker selector, CD adaptor for car use, and etc.

 

In the year of 1976, Multistar was found, and first introduced the JIS quality control procedure which was originally from Japan into its operation and became the first native factory which had the so called "Free Flow" automatic production line. Multistar was rewarded as one of the best factories with the excellence in quality control in 1985.  Multistar got its ISO-9001 certification in 1995. Chien Chang's whole operation has been transferred to Multistar in the year of 2005.

 

Multistar has strong R&D team to develop wide range and new products in both electronic and speaker sectors, and we tend to keep on providing our customers with the right design and superior performance.
